The company
KEXVANO has been making hair for export since 2014. Three lines run under one roof in China — lace wigs, braiding and crochet hair, and human hair toppers and extensions — alongside a dedicated finishing floor for custom colour work. Heat-resistant cosplay wigs we build to brief rather than keep catalogued. Everything ships from our own facility in China; we do not broker other factories' stock.
Every order starts with a physical sample. Once the sample is approved we lock the spec in writing — length, density, cap size, colour batch — and build against it. Batch records are kept for 12 months, so a reorder six months later matches what you already have on the shelf. That is the part most buyers care about, and it is the part most suppliers cannot promise.
Importers and distributors, salon chains, and online sellers running their own brand. Some buy one line, most combine two or three in a mixed container. Minimum order quantities are set per line and published on this page, so you can work out your landed cost before you write to us.
We do not sell retail, and we do not compete with our own buyers. Availability is confirmed per order rather than shown as a stock number, because production slots move. If we cannot make your date we will say so on the quote rather than after the deposit.

Payment
30% deposit to start, 70% against bill of lading copy. Net 30 terms available for repeat buyers after three settled orders.

Per line: 20 pieces for lace wigs, 100 pieces per colour for braiding hair, 10 pieces per texture for human hair, 50 pieces for cosplay wigs (those are made to brief). You can combine lines in one container as long as each line clears its own minimum. Full table is on this page.
Yes for braiding hair — mix freely. For lace wigs the minimum applies per style per colour, because each unit is made to order rather than pulled from stock.
Samples ship in 7 days after you confirm the spec. The unit is charged at the sample price and the shipping is on you. Sample cost is credited back when your first bulk order is confirmed.
Braiding hair 10–18 days, human hair 12–20 days, lace wigs 15–25 days. The clock starts after the sample is approved and the deposit lands, not when you send the enquiry.
Bank transfer: 30% deposit, 70% against bill of lading copy. Repeat buyers can move to Net 30 after three settled orders. This site does not take card payments — every order is confirmed by a person first.
Yes, those are regular lanes. We quote FOB and CIF; transit times are listed on this page. Import certification such as SONCAP and KEBS sits with the buyer on those terms — tell us your port and we prepare the paperwork your clearing agent needs.
Yes. Custom label, hangtag and box from 500 pieces per style. Send your artwork and we quote the packing cost separately from the hair.
It can be. Screen calibration, lighting and monitor type all shift how a colour reads. Ask for unedited daylight and indoor photos of the actual batch before you confirm, or request the physical colour ring — that is why we keep one.
Worn units and wigs with cut lace cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. The return window covers unopened, unworn goods and is stated on both the quote and the invoice. Colour variation within one batch is handled as a replacement or credit.
Every human hair batch ships with an origin declaration. Material sheets, REACH statements and chamber-issued certificates of origin are available on request — say which ones you need when you ask for the quote, since some take time to issue.
Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit our facility in China — most visit before the first container. Tell us two weeks ahead and we will have the relevant line running when you arrive.
